HI, I'M VICTOR.
I am a 2021 Applied Anthropology (M.A.) and Human Factors/ Ergonomics (M.S.) candidate at San Jose State University where I developed a specialization in applied behavioral/social sciences for Design Thinking research and strategy in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI).
This specialized knowledge has been amplified through professional training on rigorous, real-world projects.
Through professional training in Applied Anthropology (M.A.) and Human Factors/Ergonomics (M.S.), I have curated a specialized foundation in the broad and multidisciplinary Design Thinking approach.
Professional training is comprised of intensive graduate-level seminars (ANTH 230: Theory in Practice, ANTH 233: Fields of Application, ISE 210: Human Factors and Ergonomics, and ISE 290: Professional Seminar in Human Factors and Ergonomics) and project-based courses:
I seek to use this theory and practice foundation to jumpstart a successful career in UX Research that extends far beyond myself. I am eager to contribute my expertise to better identify and solve complex problems.
